ROLEX 6263 "COLOR CHANGE'' WITH RARE SILVER SCRIPT IN THE REGISTERS A fine and very rare stainless steel chronograph wristwatch with dark chocolate tropical brown registers. In trully very nice condition, the subdials have turned a striking dark chocolate dial. Très belle montre-bracelet chronographe en acier inoxydable avec compteurs tropical. En très bel état, la couleur des compteurs a viré vers un subtil "chocolat noir".

The silver soleil dial is preserved in very good confition and is free of tarnishing. It is fascinating how each register has aged in such a consistent, even uniform way, that is pleasing to the eye. The most vintage Rolex collectors reference 6263 Oyster Cosmograph Daytona, represents a must have to their superb esthetics, legibility and wearing confort. Reference 6263 and 6265 were both launched in 1969 replacing the first Oyster cosmograph model Ref 6240. Le cadran argenté est en très bon état avec une très belle patine. Il est fascinant de voir comment chaque compteur a vieilli d'une manière aussi uniforme, ce qui est très plaisant à l'oeil.Pour la plupart des collectionneurs de Rolex vintage, la référence 6263 Oyster Cosmograph Daytona, représente un " must have " grâce à leur superbe esthétique, lisibilité et confort au poignet. Les références 6263 et 6265 ont toutes deux été lancées en 1969 en remplacement du premier modèle de cosmographe Oyster, la référence 6240.
