The present watch is fitted with the rare first-series millerighe pushers, identifiable by their distinctive finely ribbed construction and found only on early production examples. The attractive black dial with contrasting silvered subsidiary registers creates the highly desirable "reverse panda" configuration, offering strong visual contrast and excellent legibility. The case retains substantial proportions with clearly defined lugs while the engraved steel tachymeter bezel remains well preserved, further enhancing the appeal of this early Cosmograph example.
