This Rolex dive watch Ref. 6538, so called “Big Crown” or “James Bond”, was from 1954-1959. This reference is one of the most iconic diver watch of Rolex and it was nicknamed after its appearance on the wrist of the late Hollywood star Sean Connery in the first James Bond movie.
