Very fine, center seconds, self-winding, water- resistant, 18K white gold, diamond and sapphire-set lady's Chronometer wristwatch with an 18K white gold Rolex Pearlmaster bracelet, (Ref. 74949), with concealed deployant clasp (set with 160 round diamonds). Accompanied by an original fitted box and key.
