Very fine, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold and diamond-set lady's Chronometer wristwatch with an 18K white gold Rolex Pearlmaster bracelet (Ref. 74909) with concealed deployant clasp (set with 148 round diamonds and 12 large sky-blue sapphires). Accompanied by an original fitted box and key.

Mother-of-pearl set with 10 blue sapphire indexes, aperture for the date. White gold baton hands. Cal. 2135, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, hack mechanism.
