Very fine and rare 18K yellow gold, hunting-case, keyless-winding, round-shaped, pocket chronometer with subsidiary seconds at 6 and patented 52 ½-minute Karrusel (carrousel) regulator. Cover and case-back polished. Cover engraved in taille-douce (finecut) with the cypher “L R”. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals; blued steel “Spade” hands.
