Chromium-plated metal and stainless steel, manual-winding, vertical rhomboid “tonneau”-shaped, gentleman’s wristwatch, case-back screwed by four screws; matt dark blue “Denim” colour dial with digital display of the hours and minutes (at 9 o’clock); on the bezel, three apertures which let the light through (one bulb covers all three apertures powered by two batteries, Ref. 357).

This watch was the first to have a light system integrated into the case, showing a beam of light activated though three apertures by the push-piece (at 2 o’clock), thanks to an electric bulb powered by two batteries inside the case (Ref. 357). The first models were called “Electric” and the later ones “Instalite”.
