Ancient Greek Love Svend Andersen, Geneve, No.75. Made in the early 2000's. Very fine and rare, center seconds, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with polychrome painted erotic automaton on the reverse, depicting an erotic scene from Greek anti-quity, with an 18K yellow gold Andersen buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, concave bezel, fluted lugs, transparent case back showing the erotic scene: a man and a woman painted in the Etruscan style within a Greek-key border, sapphire crystals. D. Painted to imitate black marble, applied yellow gold dot and baton indexes, Greek-key border. Yellow gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. modified by Andersen, Genève, mechanical manual automatic winding, 25 jewels. The animation is activated by means of the push-button at 8. Manual winding by turning the crown counter-clockwise for the automata and clockwise for the watch movement. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 39 mm. Thickness 14 mm.
