Gilded silver (0.900), enamel and pearl-set, hunting-case, keylesswinding, round-shaped, Art Nouveau pocket watch, made for the Chinese market, with minute-repeater on two steel gongs (activated by the rectangular slide located on the case-band at 12 o’clock). Red flinqué enamel (translucent enamel over guilloché engine-turning) cover and case-back, with polychrome painting on enamel showing, on the cover, a gentleman who takes a keen interest in a lady, both ice skating, and, on the case-back, the portrait of a lady
