TIFFANY MINUTE REPEATER YELLOW GOLD Tiffany & Co., New York, Swiss, No. 14686. Made circa 1885. Very fine and rare, minute repeating, heavy 18K yellow gold hunting-cased keyless pocket watch.

Four-body, solid, polished, bassine et filets, front cover and case back engraved with stylized monograms.Hinged gold cuvette with engraved dedication. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track with 5-minute red Arabic markers, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel spade hands. 19''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, Wilmot's patent micrometer regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
