Ulysse Nardin, Locle, Suisse, No. 122755, case No. 619564, July 1942. Sold to the British Navy. Fine silver keyless pocket chronometer with centre seconds, made to be used in a mahogany deck watch box.

C. Three piece, massive, "bassine et filets", polished, the screwed back with milled border engraved with the Navy Registration Number, the bezel without glass. Double body mahogany deck box made in England by Dennison, No. 1517, the brass bowl with glazed screwed bezel. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute and second's ring. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 22"', frosted and gilt, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, eight adjustments, blued steel balance spring with terminal curve and micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 56 mm.
