Fine silver keyless deck watch with dead seconds electrical contacts, awarded a First Prize with Bulletin of First Class for the timing contest organised at the Astronomical Observatory of Neuchatel in 1925, in original mahogany box.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets, polished. Hinged silver cuvette engraved: Bulletin de 1'Observatoire de Neuchatel. Three body mahogany, deck-watch box with brass fittings. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 24"', frosted and gilt, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, eight adjustments, blued steel balance spring with terminal curve Signed dial, case and movement. In very good condition, with copy of the Observatory records. Diam. 64 mm.
