"Chronomètre" Ulysse Nardin, Locle, Suisse, "Chronomètre", No. 15378, case No. 302421. Made in the early 1900s. Very fine, large, hunting-cased, keyless, minute-repeating, 18K yellow gold pocket watch with chronograph and instantaneous 30-minute register.
C. Four-body, "bassine", solid, polished, engine-turned covers, monogrammed front, hinged gold cuvette with awards inscription. D. White enamel with painted large Arabic numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, subsidiary sunk seconds and 30-minute register dials. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Cal. 21''', maillechort, 41 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, visible chronograph works, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band. Dial, case and movement signed, movement also engraved ?Pat. 47300? Diam. 58 mm.
