"Medical Chronograph" Ulysse Nardin, Locle & Genève, "Medical Chronograph", No. 203606, case No. 393211. Made circa 1910. Fine and rare, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch with single button chronograph, instantaneous 30-minute register and pulsometer graduation. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
C. Four-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished, gold hinged cuvette. D. White enamel with painted Arabic numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, outermost graduation to 30 pulsations, sunk subsidiary sunk seconds and 30-minute register dials. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Cal. 19???, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, ?swan-neck? micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 50 mm.
