Split Seconds Chronograph Ulysse Nardin, Locle, Suisse, No. 15828. Made circa 1910. Fine, silver, keyless pocket watch with split-second chronograph and register.
C. Four-body, "bassine et filets", polished, the back cover with engine-turned decoration and plain cartouche. Hinged silver cuvette. D. White enamel, dauphine numerals, outer minute divisions, outermost 5th of a second divisions and Arabic 5-second numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6, instantaneous 30-minute register at 12. Blued steel spade hands. M. 42 mm. 19''', rhodiumplated, fausses cotes decoration, 23 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, bimetallic compensation balance with gold mean time and temperature adjustment screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, cuvette and movement signed. Diam. 52 mm.
