C. Five-body, massive, "bassine et filets" with reeded band, cover and back fully engraved with floral and foliate decoration. Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border, engraved with technical details, further hinged gold-rimmed glazed cover. D. Matte silver with radial Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds, centre and border with cast gold floral decoration. Blued steel spade hands. M. 19"', rhodium-plated, 23 jewels, wolf?s tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed. Diam. 53 mm.
