C. Four-body, "bassine", engine-turned with polished borders, the front cover engraved with a foliate monogram in a shieldshaped cartouche. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with prize medals. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Black spade hands. M. 19''', frosted gilt, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed. Diam. 55 mm.
