ULYSSE NARDIN CHRONOMETER Ulysse Nardin, Le Locle, Chronometer, No. 127523, case No. 711808, from a series of 402. Tested by the Federazione Italiana Cronometristi and completed circa 1956. Fine and large stainless steel, keyless pocket lever Chronometer with split-seconds chronograph and instantaneous 30-minute recorder. Accompanied by the original Ulysse Nardin leather-covered fitted field case and strap.

Three-body, "bassine et filets," polished with screwed- down case back. Detachable stainless steel cuvette. White enamel with painted Paris numerals, outer minute track with Arabic five minute/second markers, extreme outer chronograph ring divided into 1/5th and 1/10th of a second, subsidiary seconds and 30- minute register. Black steel Breguet hands. 22''', rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 26 jewels, fast beating straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, micrometer index regulator, button on the winding crown and push piece in the band for the split-seconds function. Dial, case and movement signed.
