Ulysse Nardin, Locle, Suisse, No. 541, circa 1910. Fine mahogany two-day Marine Chronometer with 56-hour power reserve indicator. Accompinied by transport case. C.Three-body, with brass handles, all the edges protected by heavy brass inlay, the glazed upper section with hinged lid. Brass bowl and gimbaled suspension. D. Silvered with radial Roman numerals, outer minute ring, subsidiary seconds and power reserve sector. Gold "spade" hands. M. Gilt brass full plate with baluster pillars secured by screws, 13 jewels, fusee with chain and maintaining power, spring detent escapement, two-arm bimetallic balance with cylindrical weights and two mean time adjusting screws, free sprung helical balance spring with terminal curves, diamond endstone.
