Ulysse Nardin, Locle, Suisse, No. 10298, adjusted by L. Berthoud, made for the Korean market, circa 1980. Very fine mahogany two-day Marine Chronometer with 56-hour power reserve indicator, made for 1982 Neuchatel Observatory Timing Competition. Accompanied by carrying case.

C. Three-body, with brass handles, all the edges protected by heavy brass inlay, the glazed upper section with hinged lid. Brass bowland gimbaled suspension. D. Silvered, with Korean characters, outer minute ring,subsidiary seconds and power reserve sector. Gold "spade" hands. M. Gilt brass full plate with baluster pillars secured by screws, 15jewels, fusee with chain and maintaining power, spring detent escapement, two-arm bimetallic balance with cylindrical weights and twomean time adjusting screws, free-sprung helical balance spring with terminal curves, diamond endstone.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim.
