Fine, keyless, 14K yellow gold, diamond and enamel pendant/ lapel watch with a yellow gold Art Nouveau brooch / bale set with single-cut diamonds, centered by an emerald. Accompanied by a 40 cm.chain and fitted silver box, the cover decorated in-relief with 2 cherubs, garland and butterflies.
