Fine and elegant, tonneau-shaped, 18K white gold, diamond and onyx-set lady's keyless lapel watch with a matching bow brooch set with 66 round diamonds and large inset onyx sections, suspended by a 2-link chain set with 59 round diamonds and 2 onyx sections. Accompanied by a fitted box.
