TWENTY DOLLAR GOLD COIN WATCH Swiss, "Twenty Dollars", case No. 1942. Made circa 1960. Very fine, 18K yellow gold twenty U.S. Dollar coin dated 1900 with concealed keyless watch. Accompanied by a fitted box.

Double coin case, coin opening with a concealed push-piece in the band, three-body hinged inner case, gold movement ring, ring suspension loop. Matte gold with painted bâton indexes and Arabic quarter-hour numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel bâton hands. Rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance , self-compensating flat balance- spring, index regulator. Case numbered.
