MINUTE REPEATING YELLOW GOLD Swiss, probably Ditisheim Freres, No. 741610. Made circa 1900. Fine, minute-repeating, 18K gold half-hunting cased, keyless pocket watch.

Four-body, bassine, polished, the front cover with aperture and royal blue champlevé enamel radial Roman numerals, the back cover with engraved foliate monogram "RS". Hinged gilt cuvette. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blues steel spade hands. 20''', matte gilt, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band, centrifugal governor. Movement punched "DF & Co."
