''BOUQUET OF FLOWERS'' ENAMEL AND YELLOW GOLD Probably Geneva, Swiss, No 14192,circa 1840. Made for the Chinese market Very fine 18K gold and enamel, watch with two-time zone and independent centre seconds with duplex escapement.

Two-body, "Chinese", back finely painted with a bouquet of flowers on green enamel background, half-pearl set bezels, the band and pendant decorated with light green champlevé enamel to match the back, pendant and bow, gold spring-loaded 18K gold ridged cuvette hinged to the movement ring. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute and seconds divisions with fifteen-minute/seconds Arabic markers. Blued steel hands. 45 mm. gilt "Chinese" caliber fully engraved and with blue champleve enamel, jewelled to the third wheel, standing barrel, duplex escapement, bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance-spring, index regulator. Movement signed.
