POCKET WATCH ENAMEL AND YELLOW GOLD Pocket watch enamel and yellow gold movement number 8073, Made circa 1800. Very fine, 18K yellow gold and enamel pocket watch.
Two-body, "Directoire," hinged, the back with a finely painted on enamel scene depicting a lady in a wheat field. Off-white enamel with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track, outermost Arabic 5-minute markers. Blue steel Breguet hands. Gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental clock, polished steel end-piece Movement signed.
