Gilded silver, open-face, key-winding, round-shaped, "Directoire" large pocket watch, with wandering automata (windmill and aperture at 6 o'clock). Blue and gold enamelled dial showing, on bottom left, an animated windmill, with, on the right, an aperture revealing a parade with a miller driving his wheelbarrow followed by two donkeys, an old man and a dog.
