Fine 18K gold snuff box with enamel medaillon. Made circa 1810, probabely Hanau in Germany. Case number 5706. Rectangular with rounded corners with guilloche panels on each side, top panel with small enamel medallion and on each side an engraving depicting a fish dragging a lady down into the depths.
