18K white gold and diamond-set, pair-cased open-face, keyless-winding, roundshaped, pre-Art Deco small pendant-watch, with hinged case-back. Contemporary white enamel dial with blue “Dauphine” numerals (signed Patek Philippe, Geneva). Case-back engraved in taille-douce (fine cut) with the cypher “M M J”. Case-back and bezel of the pair-case, pendant and bow, entirely set with rose-cut diamonds.
