Notes

Unprecedented, extremely rare, one of a kind, GRS and GIA certified including notable later, investment grade natural 25.81 carats pyrope-spessartine Madagascar garnet with unbelievable color change (Alexandrite effect), incredible sparkle and clarity is absolutely beyond compare. This phenomenal gem is perfectly presented in a handmade platinum and 18k rose diamond ring. Color Change Garnet is definitely one of the rarest and unique gemstone. Any gem that changes color is a rare find and sought after by collectors. This particular gem is more so called Chameleon gem which is much rarer and usually comes in a size 2-3 carats which makes this an absolutely unique find. Color change garnets are actually a teal blue, greenish-blue or green under daylight or fluorescent light, changing to reddish-purple/purplish-red under incandescent light. The stronger the color change and the more beautiful red color is in incandescent light the more valuable is the gem.
