Very fine and rare 18K yellow gold and enamel, hunting-case, keywinding, form pendant-watch in the shape of a cello, with vinaigrette compartment. Cover and case-back identically decorated with red enamel and gold paillons. White enamel dial with suspended Breguet numerals.
