Swiss or French. Made circa 1870. Fine, small brass and steel wheel cutting engine. Horizontal brass dividing plate set with 24 rows of divisions, blank reverse, spring- loaded locking arm with a thumb loop, sliding «fast» cutting arm, depth feeding slide with knurled nuts, three steel feet.
