Property of a discerning collector, this tool has just been completely dismantled, cleaned and reassembled by him. This collector only collects objects that have been left in their original state, i.e. not stripped and re-polished to excess.
An excellent opportunity to acquire a beautiful and rare tool ready to be used or exhibited, ... which, moreover, is not sticky with old grease and oil!
