UNSIGNED, FRANCE, SEDAN CHAIR SHAPED, EIGHT DAYS TABLE CLOCK WITH RED ENAMEL MINIATURE MEDALLIONS, SILVER-PLATED BRASS
A very fine and unusual silver-plated brass, key-winding, eight-day carriage clock in the form of a sedan chair. Cast in the 18th-century style with fleur-de-lys finials, it features a red enamel dial and medallions depicting allegories of love.
