Notes

First presented in 2009 at Baselworld as a prototype, the new reference 11 C featured a pivoted detent escapement. The prototypes such as this example were submitted to the COSC and passed at the first attempt.
This prototype number 10 housed in a steel case was finally sold to the consignor in 2012 and comes accompanied with its original box, certificate of origin, COSC and original invoice. Unlike the production version, these prototypes were fitted with a manual wind movement and conversation with Dr. Crott confirms that it is the only example fitted with a salmon dial.

Provenance

Property of the original German owner
