Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 540757, case No. 376206, Ref. 6481, circa 1958. Very fine and rare asymmetric, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with a heavy 18ct gold bracelet bearing the same decoration as the dial.
