Ref. 6399 White Gold ?Two-Tone Dial? Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 540587, case No. 371143, Ref. 6399. Made in 1959. Very fine and rare, thin, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with unusual dial.

C. Two-body, polished, stepped gadrooned band, straight lapidated lugs. D. Two-tone, silvered, brushed, faceted oblong indexes, subsidiary seconds. White gold ?bâton? hands. M. Cal. K 1001, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, ?fausses-côtes? decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, index regulator. Dial, case, and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness: 7.5 mm.
