Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 322558, case No. 197489. Made circa 1904. Fine and rare, keyless, silver and gold, ?Demi-Chronomètre? pocket watch.
C. Four-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished, gold furniture, case back engraved with a dragon and a crown, silver hinged cuvette with inscription dated 1904. D. White enamel with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary sunk seconds dial. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Cal.18 1/2???, frosted gilt, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement ?á moustache?, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 50 mm.
