Very fine and rare, astronomic, skeletonized, self-winding, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and a platinum Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, rounded band, straight lugs, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. Transparent with subsidiary white chapter ring for the days of the week, of the month, the months, the age of the moon, aperture for the moon phases. White gold "dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 1120/1, rhodium-plated, skeletonized and hand-engraved, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, skeletonized and hand-engraved rotor with 21K yellow gold segment. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 7.5 mm.
