Very fine and rare, astronomic, water-resistant, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with triple date, 52-week indication, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and a certificate.

"Guilloché" silver, outer plain reserve with painted graduation for the weeks and the months, concentric graduation for the hours and minutes, subsidiary dials for the days of the week and the month, aperture for the moon phases. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 1126, 33 jewels, rhodiumplated, "fausses côtes" decoration, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating balance spring, 21K gold rotor segment.
