C. massive, polished, hinged back, engraved band, bezel and mobile lugs set with 94 round diamonds. D. mat silver with painted radial Arabic numerals. "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. 5 3/4"' rhodiumed, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 15 x 48 mm.
