This model was produced in 38 examples in pink, yellow, white gold and platinum : 17 examples in 1942, 9 examples in 1944 and 12 examples in 1951. Extremely fine and rare flat, minute repeating, 18 ct. pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with fitted box and letter of Vacheron Constantin.
