Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 517955, case No. 342420, Ref. 4790, made in 1952. Very fine square, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with a heavy 18 ct gold integrated bracelet "à mailles" and deployant clasp.

M. 9"' rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 26 x 26 mm.
