Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 371246, case No. 253677, completed in July 1928. Extremely fine and rare square, 18 et white and yellow gold «savonnette» gentleman's wristwatch with concealed dial.

C. massive, polished, bezel with a white gold filet decoration, cover bearing the initiais M.D.M. and opening by the means of two pushpieces on the sides, fluted lugs, engraved band. D. mat silver with applied gold «cubic» Arabic numerals. «Moderne» gold bands. M. 10-rhodiumed, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 27 x 27 mm.
