Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 437577, case No. 286783, Ref. 4178, completed in August 1944, sold on 28 February 1945 to Vacheron Constantin in New York. Very fine and rare 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer, with certificate.
C. massive, polished, lapidated teardrop lugs, rounded band. D. black with applied old indexes and Arabic numerals + auxi_iary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer tachometer graduation. «Bâton» gold hands. M. 13"-434 rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. h1 excellent condition. Diam. 36 mm.
