Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 359458, case No. 222938, sold on 30 July 1912, in Argentina. Fine 18 ct. pink gold hunting cased keyless watch with chronograph and 30 minute instantaneous recorder, in original fitted box.
C. Four body, massive, "demi-bassine" polished, the monogram "E.J.J." engraved on the cover. Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and chronograph ring, sunk subsidiary seconds and minute register. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 20"', gilt brass, 26 jewels, straight fine lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a swan-neck micrometric index. Chronograph with visible work and push-piece in the band. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 55 mm.
