Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 388237, case No. 247280, completed in August 1920, sold on 18 April 1939, to the Etablissements Edmond Jaeger, Paris. Very fine 18 ct. gold keyless chronometer with power reserve indication.
C. Four body, massive, "demi-bassine" polished. Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds and 30 hour up-and-down scale. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 18"', rhodium plated, 21 jewels, counterpoised straight fine lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, eight adjustments, Breguet balance spring with a special micrometric index patented on May 24, 1904. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 50 mm.
