C. massive, polished, hinged back, engraved back and band, bezel set with one row of round diamonds and one row of rubies. D. mat silver with painted Arabic numerals. «Breguet» blued steel hands. M. 7 3/4"' rhodiumed, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 21 x 21 mm.
