Very fine and rare, astronomic, skeletonized, self-winding, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases and an 18K white gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, rounded band, straight lugs, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. Transparent with subsidiary blue chapter rings for the days of the week, of the month, the months, the age of the moon, aperture for the moon phases. White gold "dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 1120/1, rhodium-plated, skeletonized and hand-engraved, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, skeletonized and hand-engraved rotor with 21K yellow gold segment. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
