Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 371869, case No. 239705, made in 1920. Extremely fine and rare, early, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with single button chronograph and registers.

C. massive, polished, gold dome, wire lugs. D. white enamel with Breguet numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials. "Feuille" blued steel hands. M. 14 1/2 "' giIt brass, 19 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. The winding-crown is for start-stop and return to zero functions of the chronograph. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 38 mm.
